A note on donations: Narayani is a newly formed Illinois not-for-profit corporation.
Its application for recognition of tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) is pending with the IRS.
Until that determination is issued, contributions are not tax-deductible and should not be treated as
such. Please contact us before making a gift and we’ll explain how contributions are currently
handled. If recognition is granted, eligible gifts made during the application period may become
deductible to the extent allowed by law.
